To: The Alleged Offendes

When you ask someone what there pet peeves are you'll get a list ranging from those people who keep there blinkers on or those who chew loudly. Even as annoying as those are mine is not close to that because mine isnt so easy to see. Mine are hypocrites. Hypocrites who say things and do the opposite, hypocrites who tell me things and then are angry when i ask questions about that thing saying it's not my business. You know what then don't tell me, fine I'm okay with that, are you? Because you know then that if you dont like me prying and evaluting your life then you have to stay out of mine, that means you can't ask me who I'm hanging out with, who I like, if I'm angry, and you can't be mad if i ignore you when you ask me those questions because hey its none of your business correct? If your argument is this that you feel it involves you in anyway well guess what it may or may not but apparently you have problems with me caring when it involves me. How does it involve me, well its our house that its occuring, its me who's feeling uncomfortable, so there thats how. But you want to know what the punch line of this rant is? I'm not going to do any of this. Why? Because that would make me a hypocrite, and i try by hardest not to be one because I hate them so very very much.

To: Those Who Want Their Cake And Eat It Too

I am so sick of listening to people say one thing and then do the opposite. But I am even sicker of listening to the same thing over and over. I'm pretty sure I know how God feels when He has to put up with my crap. I just wish when people say stuff they would realize it applies to them too not everyone but them. Or when they commit to something they would hmmm...commit. And for the record if you say "for a long time" or "for awhile" then that is not three days. Its not even four days. Oh yeah five uh no. Long time usually implies more than a week. I am so annoyed by this hypocrisy, however, its contagious and I am one of the latest to catch the bug and find myself so often asking God for forgiveness and then in less then 48 hours I am failing again and asking God for the same thing. I just realize that i need to say something otherwise it's not going to stop and these people, me included, will become liars. To all those who want their cake and eat it too, you cannot. I'm sorry.

To: All Those Who Believe In Our Downfall

As I walk through our campus, our dorms, and our streets the latest thing about peoples minds is Brother Jed. Brother Jed, the crazy man from Colombia, who stands on our quad and tells everyone they are going to hell, and repeatedly goes on with this tyraid until those students who brag about their intelligence and "open-mindedness" confront him and they begin to attack each other to no end till the other waves the white flag, which will never occur with our pride and his convictions. Though one thing I always hear no matter when or where it is is that "Brother Jed and all of them are giving Christians a bad name and making everyone think we are like them."
Well here's the challenge prove them wrong. That's right. Stop making excuses for yourself. If you want to show the world that Christians don't act like that then show them. The actions of many can overshadow the pathetic attempts of conversion by another. As long as we show this campus the love of Jesus, show them that Christians don't condemn they care, they aren't outspoken, they are peaceful and smart, and they aren't repulsive they are friends that are there for them. Lets prove ourselves wrong. Lets prove our campus wrong.
